Get to Know Us
PROPer [PROH pur] Associates is a consultancy of a different sort; we are a socially conscious firm with multiple missions. Primarily, we are passionate about life safety and diversity in all sectors of real estate. The industry in the United States has an ugly history of formal and cultural exclusion, and real estate has a heavier burden to erase than most other sectors.

We embody the concept of an integrated life where personal and professional aspects fuse into one. Personal brands are the closest concept we have in contemporary society, a fusion of the terms:
• Professional – the public-facing aspect – how one makes money.
• Personal – the inward-facing aspect – how one spends that money.

We aim to blur those lines through dedication to each other, our clients, and the community. This is achieved through fire/life safety education, DEI advocacy, and selective support of the people who create and maintain welcoming, equitable, sustainable, productive, and enriching spaces. Our founding tenets are boosting the profile, mindset, spirit, and emotional resilience of the whole building property management team.
Welcome to tomorrow for all.
